Terms of Sale and Shipping

1 – Conditions of sale

All items in our Online Shop are intended for the State Security Forces and Corps, so accreditation will be required in order to make a purchase. This accreditation must be sent by email to shop@partenon.net once the order has been placed.

All garments (except Guardia Civil and National Police trousers) come without personalisation by default (the images are merely indicative). If the customer needs any personalisation (such as Velcro, screen printing or an emblem), they must provide this information in the ORDER NOTES section or by sending an email to shop@partenon.net.

Purchases can only be made in Spain and Portugal.

2 – Exchanges and returns

To process exchanges or returns, it will be necessary to contact our commercial department, at the email shop@partenon.net or by telephone on +34 664 388 478.

There will be a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to request exchanges or returns. For their acceptance, whether as a result of an exchange or a return, the products must be labelled and in perfect condition (without alterations, use or washing, and with both their interior and exterior labels) and be accompanied by their corresponding purchase delivery note. If a buyer wishes to exchange or return a product purchased through our Online Shop, the associated transport costs will be borne by them, unless it is due to a product defect, in which case Partenon will bear these costs.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the case of personalised garments.

3 – Force majeure

In cases of force majeure that hinder the manufacture or delivery of the requested products, Partenon shall have the right to delay delivery and, should the causes persist for more than one month, to cancel the orders without any obligation to pay compensation. The following, among others, shall be considered cases of force majeure: strikes, lack of transport, accidents at the factories, fires, etc.

4 – Shipping conditions and costs

The order will be shipped approximately 3 weeks after it is received.

Prices are set in Euros, with the corresponding VAT included. Orders placed to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be exempt from VAT.

  • Shipping costs to mainland Spain will be €11 for amounts under €150, and free for purchases over €150. Once the product has been shipped, the delivery time will be between 24 and 72 hours under normal transport conditions.
  • Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands will be €12 for amounts under €150, and free for purchases over €150.
  • Shipping costs to Ceuta and Melilla will be €80 (also including the cost of customs procedures and the payment of the IPSI tax).
  • Shipping costs to the Canary Islands will be €80 (also including the cost of customs procedures and the payment of the IGIC tax).

5 – Payment by bank transfer

From the moment the order is placed, the customer will have a maximum period of 7 days to make the bank transfer. After 7 days without making the transfer, the order will be considered cancelled. Once we have received the transfer, we will begin to process the order. Transfers should be made to the following account:

After making the transfer, please notify us of it by email at shop@partenon.net, sending us a copy of the receipt.

6 – Secure card payment

In the last step of placing the order, a direct connection will be provided to our bank’s Addon Payments secure payment gateway, using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) security protocol.
